Empawthy provides behavior and nutrition guidance only.
We are not a veterinary practice and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Any information provided through consultations, written materials, or communication is for educational purposes only.
Always consult your veterinarian or a qualified medical professional regarding your dog’s health, medical conditions, or dietary needs.
3. Assumption of Risk
Working with dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, property damage, and unpredictable behavior.
By engaging in Empawthy services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:
Your dog’s behavior at all times
The safety of your dog, yourself, and others
Any damages or injuries caused by your dog
Empawthy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in training, consultations, or implementation of recommendations.
4. Nutrition Disclaimer
Nutrition guidance provided by Empawthy is based on current knowledge, education, and professional training.
Clients are responsible for:
Safely sourcing and handling all food ingredients
Introducing dietary changes gradually
Monitoring their dog’s response to diet changes
Changes to any recommended plan may affect nutritional balance. If you deviate from a provided plan, results and nutritional completeness cannot be guaranteed.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Every dog and every household is different.
While Empawthy provides guidance based on best practices and experience, results depend on many factors including consistency, environment, and the dog’s individual history and temperament.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Client Responsibilities
By working with Empawthy, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your dog
Follow safety recommendations during training and outings
Act responsibly in public and private training environments
Communicate openly about concerns or challenges
Failure to follow guidance may impact results and safety.
7. Payments and Scheduling
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments may require rescheduling with reasonable notice. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to fees.
Empawthy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client is not a good fit or if safety concerns arise.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Empawthy — including training plans, documents, videos, and resources — are the intellectual property of Empawthy.
These materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations is treated as private and confidential.
However, Empawthy may use anonymized case examples for educational or marketing purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empawthy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
